Before checkout

Select the correct country and delivery address. Read the delivery information on the product page, then review the delivery method, charge and any estimate shown at checkout. An estimate shown for another destination may not apply to your order.

If you need an order for a particular date, contact us with the products, quantity and destination before purchasing. A date written in a message is a request, not a confirmed delivery commitment.

After your order

Keep your order confirmation. If a dispatch message includes a tracking link, use that link for the parcel’s progress. A charge on your payment account and a dispatch confirmation are different stages; check the order message if you are unsure which stage your purchase has reached.

If something is wrong

For an incorrect or damaged item, contact us with the order number and a description of the issue. Keep the item and its packaging while the enquiry is reviewed. Check the applicable return policy before sending a parcel back.

For other return or exchange questions, include the product name, selected size and delivery date. Eligibility and next steps depend on the applicable policy and the details of the order.
