Choosing a product?

Tell us whether you want wood for a burner, an oil to wear or a finished perfume. If you already use oud, mention a product you enjoy and what you like about it. A budget and preferred quantity are helpful too.

Asking about an order?

Include the order number and the email address used at checkout. For an incorrect or damaged item, describe what arrived and keep the packaging while we review the enquiry. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

For several gifts or a larger quantity, use bulk and corporate enquiries. For a dispatch update, start with order help.
