Start with the confirmation

Look for the order number and the email address used at checkout. Your confirmation may include an order-status link. If a dispatch email has arrived, its tracking link is the best place to begin checking the parcel.

Open your customer account to view the order information available there.

Need to change something?

Contact us promptly with your order number and the requested change. A request to change an address, item or quantity has to be checked against the order’s current status. Please wait for a reply before assuming the change has been made.

Payment or confirmation unclear?

Check the email address entered at checkout and your email folders. If you are still unsure whether an order was placed, send us the approximate order time and the checkout email. Avoid placing a second order until the first one has been clarified.

Wrong item, damage or a missing parcel?

Tell us which item is affected and what happened. For a parcel query, include the tracking reference if you have one. For a product issue, keep the packaging and take clear photographs so the details are available when requested.
